Abstract: Integrating digital telephony information with a social platform includes receiving, by a processor, information for multiple parties connected to a conference telephone call. Virtual groups for the multiple parties are created. Permissions are assigned to each of the virtual groups. Muting of portions of the conference telephone call related to a discussion of a particular topic is controlled based on permissions. Clips from the conference telephone call and actions are captured. A social enterprise platform is connected to and a recording is automatically uploaded after the conference telephone call has ended. Permissions are synchronized across the social enterprise platform. Media sources are linked together. Context across the linked media sources is provided. The captured clips and the actions are integrated.

Abstract: A present physical location of a mobile device can be identified based on wireless communication between the mobile device and at least one beacon. Responsive to determining that the mobile device is located at a particular physical location, location rules associated with the particular physical location can be retrieved, content assigned to the particular physical location can be identified, content that the mobile device is authorized to access via a network maintained for the physical location while the mobile device still is located at the particular physical location can be selected, and a message can be communicated to the mobile device. The message can specify an authorization for the mobile device to access the selected content using at least one application installed on the mobile device while the mobile device still is located at the particular physical location.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide for marketing offer generation utilizing data analytics of social media data. A method for marketing offer generation utilizing data analytics of social media data is provided. The method includes selecting in memory of a host computing system a target end user to receive an automatically generated marketing offer and loading into the memory, a marketing offer that includes each of a recommendation for a product or service, personalized text pertaining to the product or service, and a mode of delivery. The method also includes querying a social media Web site with an identity of the target end user for content associated with the target end user and retrieving the content from the social media Web site and augmenting the marketing offer with the content. Finally, the method includes transmitting the augmented marketing offer to the target end user utilizing the mode of delivery.

Abstract: A respective VPN routing table for each of a plurality of VPNs can be stored on a client device. The client device can access a first VPN routing table and, using the first VPN routing table, establish a first VPN tunnel to a first VPN. The first VPN can be a first subnetwork assigned a particular network prefix. While the first VPN tunnel is currently active, the client device can access a second VPN routing table and, using the second VPN routing table, establish a second VPN tunnel to the second VPN. The second VPN can be a second subnetwork assigned the same particular network prefix as the first subnetwork. While the first VPN tunnel and the second VPN tunnel are simultaneously active, the client device can communicate data to remote devices in the first VPN and the second VPN using the particular network prefix for both.

Abstract: A network traffic associated with a communication request within a computing device can be identified. The device can comprise of a first and second communication stack which can addresses a first and a second network interface within the computing device. The first network interface can be associated with a mobile broadband network and the second network interface can be associated with a computing network. A first and second portion of the network traffic associated with the communication request can be programmatically determined to be conveyed to the first and second network interfaces. The first and second portions of network traffic can be conveyed simultaneously to the mobile broadband network associated with the first network interface and the computing network associated with the second network interface.

Abstract: First media content including text is presented on a display. User expressions of a user, including eye movement, are tracked by an image detector while the user is reading the text of the first media content. User expression data is generated based on the user expressions of the user. A determination can be made as to whether the user expression data indicates that the user gazes at a portion of the text presented on the display for a period exceeding a threshold value. Responsive to determining that the user expression data indicates that the user gazes at a portion of the text presented on the display for a period exceeding a threshold value, one or more actions can be automatically initiated. For example, additional media content that provides further explanation of the media content can be presented.

Abstract: Integrating digital telephony information with a social platform may include using a processor to create multiple virtual groups for multiple parties connected to a conference telephone call. Clips from the conference telephone call and actions related to the conference telephone call along with bookmarks and timestamps are captured. A social enterprise platform is connected to, and the clips, the actions, the bookmarks and the timestamps are stored within the social enterprise platform. Assigned permissions are synchronized across the social enterprise platform and the telephone conference call for controlling access to the clips and the actions. Multiple media sources are linked together. Context is provided across the linked media sources based on comments, the clips and the actions. The captured clips and the actions obtained from the telephone conference call are integrated with chat history and the linked media sources in the social enterprise platform to accelerate dissemination of information.

A first road problem at a first location is identified, based, at least in part, on a current traffic pattern and current environmental conditions at the first location. An optimized plan for road repairs is generated. The optimized plan identifies one or more road problems. The plan is optimized based on a severity index of each of the one or more road problems and an availability of at least one resource. An alert is issued to at least one interface device, wherein the alert describes the first road problem.

Based on the plurality of inputs, a recommended safe speed limit for a current driver of the first vehicle can be determined. Abstract: An advertisement comprising a plurality of video portions in a single video stream can be presented to a user. While the advertisement is being presented in the single video stream, a user feedback indicating at least one of the plurality of video portions that is of interest to the user can be received from the user. The at least one of the plurality of video portions is less than a total of the plurality of video portions of the advertisement. Responsive to receiving the user feedback, an association between the user and the user feedback indicating the at least one of the plurality of video portions of the advertisement that is of interest to the user can be automatically created using a processor. The association between the user and the user feedback can be automatically stored.

Abstract: One or more heterogeneous process workflow containers can be identified within a runtime environment. Each of the process workflow containers can include a process instance associated with a workflow. Each instance can include activities and a decision point. One or more automated and manual changes to the activity of the instances associated with the workflow executing within the containers can be captured. The changes can be analyzed to establish an integrated context for the instance. The context can include an input and an output element of the process instance. A recommendation for optimizing the workflow can be computed based on the analyzing.

Abstract: In accordance with the arrangements described herein, presentation of a first advertisement to a user in a first communication format via a first communication medium can be detected. A second communication medium being accessed by the user also can be detected. Responsive to detecting the second communication medium being accessed by the user, at least a second advertisement corresponding to the first advertisement can be presented to the user in a second communication format via the second communication medium, the second communication format being different than the first communication format.

Abstract: Communication plans are created, modified, and executed by a campaign server. The campaign server creates a retail environment communication plan that specifies communications to be made to unidentified shoppers in a retail environment that includes at least one sensor. The campaign server identifies a shopper in the retail environment by the at least one sensor, and creates a shopper communication plan, based on the retail environment communication plan, that specifies communications to be made to the identified shopper in the retail environment. The campaign server executes the retail environment communication plan and the shopper communication plan. In response to processing an event sensed by the at least one sensor, the campaign server modifies one or both of the retail environment communication plan and the shopper communication plan.

A radio-frequency identification (RFID) tag is attached to the sound-producing element. The RFID tag is scanned to automatically track the sound producing element relative to a position in the capture area. Configurable audio associated with the sound-producing element is embedded within the video.

Abstract: An error condition can be detected at a first point-of-sale (POS) system during a transaction for a customer. The first POS system is a self-service POS system. Responsive to the error condition, the transaction can be transferred to a second POS system using a processor without human intervention.
