Abstract: A method, system, and computer readable medium for managing records. The method includes generating and storing, in response to detecting creation of a record, two values for the record, at least a first of the two values indicating a time of the creation of the record. The method also includes updating, in response to detecting a modification of the record, the first value while leaving the second of the two values constant. The method further includes determining, in response to identifying multiple versions of the record, which of the multiple versions of the record is a current version of the record based on the first value. Additionally, the method includes sending data associated with the current version of the record to at least one device not having the current version.
