    Abstract: Among other disclosed subject matter, a computer program product is tangibly embodied in a computer-readable storage medium and includes instructions that when executed by a processor perform a method for facilitating customer recycling of a mobile device. The method includes receiving an input in a mobile device from a user, the input initiating execution of program code configured to automatically present the user up-to-date instructions on how to recycle the mobile device. The method includes presenting, in response to the input, the up-to-date instructions on a display of the mobile device.
