Abstract: The present invention provides for a new Distributed Ledger Technology platform for the secure collection, analysis, storage and transfer of Messaging and Transactions, information records and related services within clusters of users to conduct Peer-to-peer message exchange and transactions using DApps while attaining network consensus using Machine State Replication and Application Layer Multicast protocol, which then is updated on the Distributed Ledger to achieve transparency, immutability and atomicity with Zero-Latency and Zero-transaction cost while providing post-quantum security.
