The method further includes creating a rationalization model to assess at least one of business entity information and a data store based on the existing state and at least one rationalization criterion; and identify at least one dimension of interest associated with the at least one of business entity information and the data store. Thereafter, the method includes assigning scores to each of the at least business entity information and the data store across each of the at least one dimension of interest. Finally, the method includes generating a transformation road-map for the portfolio of information stores based on the scores.
