  • Publication number: 20150206076
Abstract: A system for data collection and aggregation may be used by property managers, property owners, and the like to maximize monetary savings as it relates to utility consumption. Generally, a software system and/or platform is provided which a user can employ to enter various parameters. The software can further be given permission to access user accounts connected to the utility service providers. Once a user portfolio has been established, the system automatically updates and analyzes the sourced data. The user can then manage their properties remotely and understand where and how monetary savings can be realized.

  • Patent number: 7751347
Abstract: A converged conferencing appliance having at least one voice port and one data port for managing multi-device conferences allowing multiple participants to concurrently connect diverse devices over public switched, mobile, IP, wireless local or wide area, personal networks, and cable or fixed wireless networks. Each of the ports can be connected to an individual, respective device and all of the ports can be configured for simultaneous operation. In addition to the voice and data ports, at least one broadband port and at least one wireless port can be provided in the appliance. A mechanism is also provided to synchronize multi-modal communications and conferences among a number of users. Participants may participate in integrated voice, data and video conferences by simultaneously connecting from one or more devices such as traditional phones, mobile phones, voice and data capable smart phones, computers, VoIP devices, wireless devices and other intelligent handheld devices.

  • Patent number: 7492873
Abstract: An integrated voice and data application delivery system that can deliver converged voice/data application services to at least one user device over at least one communications network, and optimize the delivery of voice/data content during a current voice/data session based on the bandwidth of the network and/or the capacity of the user device. The integrated application delivery system allows users to switch from one voice/data session to another in response to a predetermined event, as required to avoid a loss of information or a permanent interruption of service. The integrated voice and data application delivery system includes a unified XML-based integrated voice and data media converging switch, a controller coupled to the switch, and a data storage device coupled to the controller. The switch transfers voice/data content between voice/data applications on a first network and one or more user devices on a second network.

  • Patent number: 7369540
Abstract: A programmable network convergence edge-switch (NCES) deployed in the corporate enterprise that enables services delivered by the telecommunication carriers to interoperate and integrated with databases and applications within corporate enterprises. The NCES enables integration of services deployed over Advanced Intelligent Networks (AIN), softswitches (SS) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) switches over one set of interfaces on one end and data deployed over IP network over the other set of interfaces on the other end. Integrating carrier services with enterprise data generates an opportunity to build the next generation of advanced applications and services that transcend beyond a single-network single-protocol to a multi-network multi-protocol environment.
