The composition comprises as indispensable components thereof 27-70% by weight of polylactic acid, 70-27% by weight of an aliphatic polyester, and 1-20% by weight of a tackifier selected from the group consisting of: an aliphatic cyclic hydrocarbon resin, a metal salt of a rosin ester, and a rosin ester having an acid number of 10 or less.
