Abstract: The cosmetic for eyelashes according to the present invention is capable of simply imparting a good curl-up effect to eyelashes, is free from formation of lumps upon coating, and can exhibit a high moisture resistance and a high curl retention effect during use as well as a beautiful finish. The present invention relates to a cosmetic for eyelashes which includes a film-forming polymer (A) containing constitutional units derived from methacrylic acid and/or a salt thereof (monomer (a)) and a monomer (b) having a solubility of 2 g or less in 100 g of water as measured at 20° C., and having a glass transition temperature (Tg1) of 80° C. or higher.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cosmetic for eyelash comprising a film-forming polymer (a) having a rate of change in polymer content (?W) of 13% or more, and water, wherein a content of the film-forming polymer (a) is 0.6 to 50% by mass. The cosmetic for eyelash according to the present invention is free from formation of lumps upon use, and imparts a good curl effect to the eyelash.
