Abstract: A system and method for facilitating business communications are disclosed. The method may include receiving a plurality of business transaction records from an accounting module; each business transaction record including an amount and a date. The method may also include providing a customer user interface configured to allow a first customer user, associated with a first customer, to search and access a first customer accessible subset of the plurality of unpaid business transaction records, the first customer accessible subset including only business transaction records associated with the first customer, and to participate in a first communication dialog, the dialog associated with one or more of the business transaction records in the first customer accessible subset.
