Abstract: Provided are an equipment abnormality diagnosis method, a control device, and an equipment abnormality diagnosis system including the same, wherein the equipment abnormality diagnosis method includes obtaining a waveform signal from a sensor unit configured to detect vibration of equipment to be diagnosed, extracting a calculated representative value based on the waveform signal, selecting a shape data corresponding to the calculated representative value by using a plurality of pre-stored shape models, and diagnosing an abnormal state of the equipment based on a type of the selected shape data.
