  • Patent number: 11069253
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to language processing systems, and more particularly to a method and system for language development of a user. In one embodiment, the system generates customized exercise for a user, based on a language model relevant to a language being learnt by the user. The system further collects user response to the customized exercise, and in terms of the user response, determines a current skill level of the user. Further, based on the determined skill level of the user, a skill gap is identified. The system then determines recommendations to improve language skills of the user, and to reduce/eliminate the skill gap.

  • Patent number: 10701164
Abstract: A technique for engaged micro-interactions on digital devices is disclosed. In an embodiment, activities performed on a digital device are monitored. Further, at least one user accessing the digital device and friends associated with the user are determined based on the activities. Furthermore, a profile for the user and friends is created. Moreover, time spent and required to perform an action on content are determined based on the profile. In addition, a list of desires associated with the user and/or friends is determined based upon the activities and/or time spent and required to perform the action on the content. Also, the list of desires are ranked based on the activities to be performed by the user and friends. The user and/or friends are then engaged by providing a micro-interaction on the digital device based on the ranking of the list of desires and a time required to download online content.

  • Patent number: 10366165
Abstract: An apparatus and method for printing steganography is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a wearable unit and a controlling unit that are programmatically controlled by a processor. The controlling unit converts content to be published into a phoneme transcription for a target language, processes the content and further arranges the processed content as per a specified page layout. Further, the phoneme transcribed content is embedded into a QR code that is again extracted by a wearable unit to read the content, the content layout, and reading sequence. The wearable unit also converts the phoneme transcribed content into a voice output. Further, the wearable unit comprises motor sensors to sense a readers' body and neck movements to guide a reader to read content in a correct manner such that voice output is programmatically paused, stopped, repeated at intervals so determined.

  • Patent number: 10203215
Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for identifying socially relevant landmarks that can facilitate wayfinding providing a landmark based route map that is easy to read and is dynamically updated by known and new landmarks based on their social relevance. GPS (Global Positioning System) locations help in identifying active zones and social media data associated with users in the zone help to identify candidate landmarks in the active zone that may be registered as new landmarks. Weights may be assigned to the landmarks based on periodicity and temporal factors to make the landmarks socially relevant and hence effective in wayfinding.

  • Patent number: 9989376
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for generating signature ambient sounds and maps thereof to assist in navigation based on a start location, a destination location, start time and average walking speed. The maps are generated by concatenating two or more of the signature ambient sounds and two or more of voice based navigation guidance. The signature ambient sounds for up to all location coordinate pairs in a map, for up to all time ranges and for up to all walking speed ranges are generated and tagged to the corresponding location coordinate pair, the corresponding time range and the corresponding average walking speed. The signature ambient sounds are generated by applying digital signal processing techniques on ambient sounds recorded by client devices, that are filtered and outlier removed.

  • Patent number: 9871784
Abstract: A computer implemented system and method for image based location specific password construction and authentication is provided. The system helps users to recognize the password in terms of objects in an image rather than recalling the alphanumeric passwords. A graph walk generator present in the system guides a user to take unique pictures/images/photographs from user's geographical location which helps the user to recognize password easily in future. The system helps in creating and maintaining a strong password by using pseudorandom image presenter. It also allows a user to aid his photographic memory to get authenticated to the system. Every user generates certain number of images by capturing images in vicinity and select objects from an image to create a password. A user authentication module present in the system then authenticates the user based on sequence of the objects within the captured image to provide one-time image based authentication.

  • Patent number: 9100811
Abstract: A system for facilitating communication in an adaptive virtual environment is disclosed. For example, the system creates a virtual image of a communication device running services rendered by one or more telecom service providers, wherein the communication device belongs to a user. The system emulates hardware and software configuration of the communication device in the virtual image, wherein the virtual image is stored in the memory. The system synchronizes the memory, storing the hardware and software configuration in the virtual image, with a device memory of a user device at pre-determined intervals of time. The system further remotely installs the hardware and software configuration in the user device upon executing the virtual image thereby creating a virtual environment in the user device. The system further generates a unique number for the user. The system further facilitates communication using the one or more telecom service providers based upon the unique number.
