The mechanism can include a grid that is loaded with utensils for treatment. The basket can include multiple zones for loading utensils, each provided with an individually-operable unloading mechanism. A user can unload the basket by holding a handle of the basket in one hand and squeezing an actuator of the mechanism toward the handle using the thumb of the same hand.
