Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include methods and compositions related to CD105-targeting polypeptides. In some aspects, disclosed are chimeric receptors engineered to bind to CD105. Cells (e.g., NK cells, T-cells) expressing CD105-targeting peptides are described. Also described are therapeutic methods using polypeptides of the disclosure.

Abstract: Disclosed herein, in some aspects, are immune cells comprising one or more engineered antigen receptors and one or more non-canonical CD6 isoforms and/or canonical CD6. Also disclosed are methods for cancer treatment comprising administering such immune cells to a subject in need thereof. Further disclosed are nucleic acids encoding a chimeric antigen receptor and a non-canonical CD6 isoform, and cells harboring same.

Abstract: In one embodiment, an illustrative method herein comprises: obtaining, by a process, a file having a given size; assigning, by the process, the file to a particular size-range bucket of a plurality of size-range buckets of a data ingestion pipeline, the plurality of size-range buckets having a corresponding size-based configuration; and forwarding, by the process, the file into a particular size-based service mesh ingress gateway of the data ingestion pipeline according to the particular size-range bucket to cause processing of the file within the data ingestion pipeline according to the corresponding size-based configuration of the particular size-range bucket.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments relate to a method for improving customer service efficiency. The method preferably comprises receiving information from a customer, identifying an issue based on the information received from the customer, and determining, by a computing device, whether a solution resolving the identified issue exists in a knowledge database that associates customer issues with known solutions, wherein the knowledge database includes information based on historical data, expert knowledge, one or more diagnostic techniques, and one or more language models. The disclosed embodiment also relates to a system and computer-readable code that can be used to implement the exemplary methods.
