Abstract: An integrated circuit device includes first and second conductive structures spaced apart from one another on a substrate along a first direction. The first and second conductive structures extend in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction. A contact plug is interposed between the first and second conductive structures and is separated therefrom along the first direction by respective air gaps on opposite sides of the contact plug. The air gaps define first and second air spacers that electrically insulate the contact plug from the first and second conductive structures, respectively. An upper insulation layer covers the first and second air spacers and the first and second conductive structures. The air spacers may sufficiently reduce the loading capacitance between the conductive structures. Related fabrication methods are also discussed.

More specifically, a method for forming a bulb-shaped portion of a bulb-shaped recess gate is provided to overcome an etching process margin reduction caused by a spacer oxide film formed on sidewalls of a recess and thickly laminated to a lower part of a recess. In one aspect, a buffer dielectric film pattern is formed additionally by a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) process over a hard mask pattern, so that a sufficient process margin used for forming the bulb-shaped portion is ensured and a process margin for forming a semiconductor device is increased.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cutting tip for a cutting tool, which is used in cutting or drilling a brittle workpiece such as stone, bricks, concrete, and asphalt and has an excellent cutting speed and a long lifetime, a method of manufacturing the cutting tip, and a cutting tool including the cutting tip. The cutting tip includes an abrasive material and a sintered bonding material, wherein the bonding material is formed of a metal matrix; the metal matrix includes a phase UI and/or pore having a certain size at a certain volume fraction; and the phase II is one of a non-metallic inclusion and ceramic. Abstract: Disclosed is a method of producing a printed circuit board (PCB) with an embedded resistor, in which a resistor with a desired shape and volume is precisely formed using a resistor paste so that resistance values according to a position of the PCB are uniform, thereby a laser trimming process is omitted or minimally utilized. The method has advantages in that a production time of the PCB is shortened and productivity is improved because an operation condition is rapidly set without being greatly affected by the position precision of a printing device. Other advantages of the method are that the resistor paste with a relatively uniform thickness is secured through a screen printing process, thereby easily forming the resistor and improving resistance tolerance.
