Abstract: Disclosed herein are a vehicle accident management system and a method for operating the same. The method for operating a vehicle accident management system including vehicles configured such that respective vehicle terminal devices are attached thereto and an accident management device installed on a roadside includes: transmitting, by a first vehicle terminal device, accident and location information to the accident management device when a vehicle abnormality detection signal or a risk signal attributable to user operation is generated; receiving, by the accident management device, the information; searching, by the accident management device, for a second vehicle terminal device having a moving direction identical to that of the first vehicle terminal device and located within a preset distance behind the first vehicle terminal device; and transmitting, by the accident management device, the information to the second vehicle terminal device based on the result of the search.

Abstract: A monitor apparatus, including a base; a display to display images; a stand to connect the display and the base; a first speaker unit provided in the base to face forward and output audio signals of a first channel; a second speaker unit provided in the base to face forward and spaced away from the first speaker unit and to output audio signals of a second channel; and a rear speaker unit provided in a rear portion of the base to output audio signals of a channel different from the first channel and the second channel. Also provided with the monitor apparatus is a speaker to reproduce mid-to-low-pitched sounds, thereby producing three-dimensional sounds with improved sound quality.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer comprising a main frame and a front cover provided at the front of the main frame. A hook protrudes from the front cover toward the main frame. A locking member is adapted to slide with respect to the main frame between a hooking position at which the locking member is engaged with a hook and a releasing position at which the locking member is released from the hook. The computer includes a handle mounted on the locking member to move the locking member to the releasing position.

The optical storage drive unit is actuated by a button attached to a door on a front cover of the computer. The door is perforated by a hole enabling a user to push this button, which either directly pushes the operational button on the drive or pushes a linking part that then pushes an operational button on the drive to open the door and extend a tray out. If, for some reason, the button on the door is not aligned well with the button on the drive, only the door needs to be replaced as opposed to the entire front cover or the entire chassis.
