Abstract: Aspects of the invention are directed towards systems and methods for changing the premises in a building such as hotel or the like. A user sends to a request from a user device to a server for switching a first premises with the second premises. An access card is able to access the first premises. Based on the request, the server determines the second premises and generates access credentials for the second premises. The access credentials are transmitted to a first access terminal associated with the first premises and the access card is encoded with the access credentials to access the second premises and permitting entry inside the second premises.

One or more embodiments of the invention describe the method comprising steps of transmitting a request to a server for switching a first premises with a second premises. Further, the first premises being accessed using an access card on a first access terminal associated with the first premises. The method further describes steps of receiving access credentials for the second premises from the server in response to the request. One or more embodiments of the invention describe the method comprising steps of detecting a charged status of a battery of a user device and prompting a user of the user device to define credentials when the charged status of the battery reaches below a pre-determined threshold. One or more embodiments of the invention further describe steps of receiving the defined credentials from the user to access an accessing device and transmitting the defined credentials to a server for providing access of the accessing device to the user.

In some embodiments, a system comprises one or more sensors configured to generate output signals indicating one or more movement information of a subject. The system comprises at least one processor operatively connected with the one or more sensors, and memory storing instructions executable by the at least one processor, the instructions when executed cause the system to determine, using the output signals from the one or more sensors, one or more movement parameters of the subject; and send, based on the determined movement parameters of the subject, an instruction to the locking system to adjust an open delay time for the locking system, the open delay time being time the locking system remains open.

Abstract: A system, for determination of required environmental conditions for transport and storage of goods, that includes one or more boxes to be placed in a vehicle. Each box has an indicator code, on the exterior surface of the box, that includes information related to environmental conditions required to be maintained. A scanning device associated with the vehicle and configured to read said indicator code from each box. A control circuitry is operationally connected to the scanning device The control circuitry is configured to compute the readings of the indicator codes from each box to determine the required environmental conditions to be maintained inside the vehicle.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for wireless charging of batteries of electronic accessing devices. A method includes establishing a first connection between a battery of an accessing device and a receiver and a second connection between the accessing device and a transmitter, the transmitter and the receiver being associated with each other. The method further includes determining a charging status of the battery of the accessing device and communicating the charging status of the battery to the transmitter on determining that the charging status of the battery reaches below a predefined threshold value via the second connection. The method also includes charging the battery of the accessing device with power from the receiver using the first connection, wherein the receiver receives the power from the transmitter over the air.

A method includes receiving information associated with a fire event detected by a plurality of fire devices. The method further includes determining a safe exit route from a plurality of exit routes present in the premises using the information associated with the fire event. The method also includes providing an indication of the safe exit route by a plurality of accessing units.

The method includes receiving, by a vendor application of a vendor, a request from a requestor to access the vendor application to perform a business transaction between the requestor and the vendor. A mobile credential assigned to the requestor for unlocking an access control device is received by the vendor application. It is determined whether the mobile credential assigned to the requestor is valid. Based at least in part on determining that the mobile credential is valid, the mobile credential is accepted by the vendor application and the requestor is provided access to the vendor application to perform the business transaction.
