Abstract: Disclosed are a decoquinate liposome, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The preparation raw materials for the decoquinate liposome comprise the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of decoquinate and 2-20 parts of lecithin. The liposome is stable, shows favorable malaria resistance effects in-vivo and in-vitro with respect to animal bodies, can be used for quickly relieving the conditions of malaria, particularly subtertian malaria, and is safe. The preparation method is simple and feasible, and has the potential for mass production.

Abstract: A multi-state memory and a method for manufacturing the same. A magnetoresistive tunnel junction is disposed on a spin-orbit coupling layer, and thermal annealing is performed after dopant ions are injected from a side of the magnetoresistive tunnel junction. The concentration of dopant ions in the magnetoresistive tunnel junction has a gradient variation along the direction that is perpendicular to the direction of the current and within the plane in which the spin-orbit coupling layer is located. Symmetry along the direction perpendicular to the direction of the current is broken. In a case a current flows into the spin-orbit coupling layer, resistance are outputted in multiple states in linearity with the current. The multi-state storage is achieved. It can meet a requirement on hardware of neural network synapses, and is applicable to calculation in a neural network.

Abstract: The invention discloses a method and device for recognizing an IP address of a specified category, a defense method and system, wherein the method for recognizing an IP address of a specified category comprises the following steps: collecting behavior record data of several IP addresses (S101); extracting preprocessing data from the collected behavior record data, the extracted preprocessing data comprising at least address information of an IP address and time information of a behavior (S102); analyzing the extracted preprocessing data to obtain behavior-time distribution data of a user using the IP address (S103); and recognizing an IP address of a specified category at least according to the behavior-time distribution data of a user using the IP address (S104). By employing the invention, an IP address of a certain category can be located more accurately locate and the accuracy for recognizing an IP address is improved.
