Abstract: A method of making split floors comprising steps of: providing a bottom plate and a top surface, connecting the top plate on the bottom plate, cutting the connection floor, processing the at least two split floors, and finishing the at least two split floors in a packaging manner. Before the at least two split bottom sheets and the at least two split top sheets are finished in a first packaging manner, the at least two split bottom sheets and the at least two split top sheets are attached or adhered to form a split floor, and the split floor is fixed on a ground directly. The at least two split floors are packaged, and the respective one split floor has the top plate and the bottom plate attached or adhered on the top plate.

Abstract: A production method for a waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor, comprising: first manufacturing a PVC composite layer preform (3); then performing a corona treatment and a punching treatment on a soft cushion layer (2); and finally, compounding, at one time, the PVC composite layer preform (3), the soft cushion layer (2) and a waterproof substrate layer (1) into one. Said process is simple and easy to implement, shortening the production cycle, reducing the manpower and material resources required by the production process and reducing the production cost; moreover, the waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor produced has a simple structure, and also has very good waterproof and wear-resistant performance; in addition, the waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor will not swell, and will also not split into layers or deform easily.
