Publication number: 20150004274Abstract: A three-dimensional (3D) structure shaping apparatus is provided with a material discharge pump having a uniaxial eccentric screw pump mechanism, and a table disposed opposite to the material discharge pump and for moving horizontally by a table moving device. The material discharge pump and a light-beam irradiation device are attached to a tip end of a robot arm. The robot arm and the table moving device are configured to relatively move the material discharge pump and the table. Thus, a degree of freedom in shaping the 3D structure is increased, enabling the fabrication of various kinds of 3D structures within a short period of time.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 20, 2013Publication date: January 1, 2015Applicant: Heishin Ltd.Inventor: Sumio Ono

Publication number: 20140327554Abstract: In order to enable monitoring of operating conditions of a plurality of uniaxial eccentric screw pumps with monitoring means installed in a remote site, a remote monitoring system (1) is capable of sending and receiving operating condition detection information items in a communication network (N) established by wireless intercommunication means (10) provided in the uniaxial eccentric screw pumps (100). Further, the operating condition detection information items aggregated to a coordinator (10a) can be sent to the Internet via Internet connection means (30). By this means, a state is achieved in which the operating conditions of the uniaxial eccentric screw pumps (100) can be monitored by monitoring means (50) connected to the Internet.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 16, 2012Publication date: November 6, 2014Applicant: HEISHIN LTD.Inventor: Sumio Ono

Patent number: 6799698Abstract: A liquid material supply system includes a plunger pump, a flow regulating valve, an air-operated valve, a spring type accumulator and a dispenser. The plunger pump is connected to the flow regulating valve by a primary supply line. The flow regulating valve is connected to the dispenser by a secondary supply line. The on-off valve is connected to the secondary supply line. The accumulator is connected to the secondary supply line between the on-off valve and the dispenser. A pressure sensor detects the pressure substantially at the inlet port of the dispenser. This pressure is the basis for controlling the operation of the air-operated valve through an electromagnetic valve. The second chamber of the accumulator can store part of the liquid material supplied through the secondary supply line. The second chamber varies in volume with the balance between the force of the accumulator spring and the pressure in the secondary supply line so as to relax the pressure fluctuation in this line.Type: GrantFiled: October 27, 2003Date of Patent: October 5, 2004Assignee: Heishin Sobi Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Sumio Ono, Hisatoshi Izumi, Satoru Kurahashi, Yoshihiro Sugino, Nobuhisa Suhara

Patent number: 5769618Abstract: This disclosure relates to a uniaxial eccentric screw pump. A boss 10a is integrally formed on one end (on the side of a pump casing 8) of the rotor 10, the screw pump 100, and one end of a flexible shaft 9 is inserted in the boss 10a and bonded together with the rotor 10 integrally by means of an adhesive. The flexible shaft 9 is made at least in part from a rod-like member which is extruded from PEEK (polyetheretherketone) which is one of the engineering plastics, into a cylinder. A metal rod 17 is provided in the middle of the flexible shaft in the longitudinal direction, or a metal sleeve is mounted over the outer circumference of the flexible shaft.Type: GrantFiled: September 10, 1996Date of Patent: June 23, 1998Assignee: Heishin Sobi Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Sumio Ono, Mikio Yamashita, Eiji Hayashi

Patent number: 5129661Abstract: A steel oil ring assembly having an upper rail, a lower rail and an annular space-expander embraced by the rails and having radially extending or axially extending corrugations. The spacer is split at one circumferential location to form abutting end portions which come into pressured contact with each other at a force point located on a plane passing through the centers of the corrugations that extends in an axial direction for radially extending corrugations and in a radial direction for axially extending corrugations. The free ends of the abutting end portions of the spacer form an opening having an angle of 10.degree..+-.9.degree. extending outwardly from the force point.Type: GrantFiled: October 30, 1991Date of Patent: July 14, 1992Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha RikenInventors: Sumio Ono, Hitoshi Hattori, Hatsutaro Mizuno

Patent number: 5088743Abstract: A combined oil ring assembly consisting of a corrugated, annular expander having abutting ends and a pair of upper and lower side rails, the rails resting on the upper and lower sides of the expander and engaging a plurality of circumferentially spaced ear portions formed on the two sides of the expander. To strengthen the ends of the expander, the ear portions of the expander nearest to its two abutting ends, only have cut-outs on their sides remote from the ends and nearest to the next adjacent ear portions.Type: GrantFiled: February 4, 1991Date of Patent: February 18, 1992Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha RikenInventor: Sumio Ono

Patent number: 5042825Abstract: A combined oil ring assembly including an expander and a pair of side rails. The expander is formed in the shape of a plurality of corrugations having a plurality of oil releasing bores and cut-out portions. The circumferential lengths of the oil releasing bores in the expander that are located at least between the opposed ends of the expander and the ear portions nearest to the opposed ends as well as between the nearest ear portions and the next ear portions are shorter than that of the other oil releasing bores.Type: GrantFiled: November 15, 1989Date of Patent: August 27, 1991Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha RikenInventor: Sumio Ono

Patent number: 4722535Abstract: An oil-ring comprising a pair of side rails and an expander disposed between the side rails. The expander extends in a circumferential direction and has waves in a radial direction. At both sides of radially inner portions of the expander, side rail engaging portions protrude in an axial direction. The side rail engaging portions are formed as paired side rail engaging sections within one pitch of the waves, by defining a slit extending in the axial direction at a central portion of one side rail engaging portion. Due to the division from one side rail engaging portion to paired side rail engaging sections, the rigidity of each side rail engaging portion can be weakened appropriately, and each side rail can follow against the cylinder bore surface satisfactorily, thereby decreasing oil consumption.Type: GrantFiled: January 13, 1986Date of Patent: February 2, 1988Assignees: Toyota Jidosha Kabushiki Kaisha, Kabushiki Kaisha RikenInventors: Yorishige Maeda, Yoshiaki Wada, Shizuo Shinada, Sumio Ono

Patent number: 4542907Abstract: The annular expander of a piston ring assembly with vertically extending notches each of which is formed on either side of a plurality of circumferentially spaced upstanding tabs projecting from the top and bottom edges of the expander. The tabs, which form the abutments for the inner peripheral edges of upper and lower annular side rails, the outer peripheral edges of which are in sliding contact with a cylinder wall, undergo elastic deformation made possible by the notches when the corresponding side rails are subjected to a strong force received from the cylinder wall owing to piston wobble during reciprocation. The elastic deformation of the tabs assures that the side rails will remain in contact with the cylinder wall at all times during the reciprocation of the piston.Type: GrantFiled: June 21, 1984Date of Patent: September 24, 1985Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha RikenInventors: Ko Chiba, Yoshiaki Wada, Hiroshi Miida, Sumio Ono
