Patent number: 12671719Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to systems, software, and computer-implemented methods for action determination for a multiple-category model. One example method includes establishing secure communication channels with a plurality of systems where data for a user is stored. User data for one or more categories is received via the secure communication channels from the plurality of systems. For each category, a set of rules is applied to the user data for the category to generate a resiliency score for the category for the user. A set of recommended actions is generated for the user based on a comparison of the resiliency score for a category to a threshold score for the category. A dynamic user interface is provided that uses the resiliency scores and the sets of recommended actions to display an interactive resiliency visual with which the user can interact. Machine learning may be applied to generate resiliency scores.Type: GrantFiled: September 8, 2023Date of Patent: June 30, 2026Assignee: The Toronto-Dominion BankInventors: James Floyd, Sumit Bansal

Publication number: 20260012460Abstract: A method for of managing a Global Control Group (GCG) for a communication event is described. The method includes transforming one or more user identifiers stored in a database to generate respective one or more bucket identifiers. The one or more user identifiers correspond to one or more users. A predetermined number of bucket identifiers are selected randomly. The selected bucket identifier is a member of the GCG. Further, a user identifier is received from one or more user identifiers in a run time environment. A respective bucket identifier corresponding to the received user identifier is generated in the run time environment. Further, presence of the generated bucket identifier within the selected bucket identifiers of the GCG is determined and the communication event based on the determination is restricted.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 15, 2025Publication date: January 8, 2026Inventors: Ajish Nair, Sumit Bansal

Patent number: 12498958Abstract: A method and system for sending a campaign to a set of users is disclosed. The method comprises receiving a request to send the campaign to the set of users. The set of users into are segmented into a plurality of batches. Each batch comprises at least a predetermined number of users from the set of users. The campaign is processed for the plurality of batches using one or more virtual machine instances. Furthermore, an auto-healing process is implemented to periodically monitor a processing status of the campaign across the plurality of batches. Further, one or more pending batches are identified from the plurality of batches for which the campaign has not been processed. Further re-initiating processing of the campaign for the identified one or more pending batches is performed. The campaign to the pending one or more batches of the plurality of batches is transmitted.Type: GrantFiled: November 22, 2024Date of Patent: December 16, 2025Assignee: MOENGAGE INC.Inventors: Ajish Nair, Sumit Bansal, Yashwanth Kumar, Mohit Baranwal

Publication number: 20250335627Abstract: A method for secure transmission of data is described. The method includes receiving a token corresponding to user data stored in a data storage device. Further, the PII data corresponding to the token is retrieved via an Application Programming Interface (API). The retrieved PII data is processed at a runtime environment for sending information to the users over one or more messages. The PII data is deleted from the runtime environment. Further, delivery data corresponding to delivered one or more messages is mapped with the token using a unique message ID.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 16, 2025Publication date: October 30, 2025Inventors: Ajish Nair, Sumit Bansal, Paras Jain
