  • Patent number: 10984332
Abstract: A mechanism for facilitating customer interactions within a customer service environment provides prompt and accurate answers to customer questions. A smart chat facility for use in a customer service environment to predict a customer problem examines a customer chat transcript to identify customer statements that set forth a customer issue and, responsive to this, can route the customer to an agent, an appropriate FAQ, or can implement a problem specific widget in the customer UI. Customer queries are matched with most correct responses and accumulated knowledge is used to predict a best response to future customer queries. The iterative system thus learns from each customer interaction and can adapt to customer responses over time to improve the accuracy of problem prediction.

  • Publication number: 20210097239
Abstract: A method for determining sensitivity-based bias of text includes detecting an input action performed by a user from a plurality of actions, wherein the plurality of actions comprises typing one or more words on a virtual keyboard of a user device and accessing readable content on the user device. When the input action is accessing the readable content on the user device, determining the readable content to be insensitive by parsing the readable content and feeding the parsed readable content to a machine learning (ML) model, wherein the ML model is trained with insensitive datasets of an adversarial database, and presenting a first alert message on the user device before displaying the readable content completely on the user device when the readable content is determined to be insensitive.

  • Patent number: 10929428
Abstract: Adaptive replication of changes may be performed for copies of a database. Log records may be generated and stored that correspond to changes to a database while a database is being copied. If the changes to be applied to a copy of the database is less than or equal to a threshold number of changes, then the copy of the database may be updated using the stored log records. If the changes to be applied to the copy of the database are greater than the threshold number of changes, then the copy of the database may be updated using data stored in the database.

  • Patent number: 10925070
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for seamless and automatic upgrade of access points in a facility with minimal disruption, particularly, for important users of a network. The access points may be ranked, and the rankings may be aggregated to identify a sub-region of the facility with the lowest ranked access points. Various sub-sets of the access points in the identified sub-region can be updated separately so that spatial coverage by the other sub-sets maintains continuous access within the sub-region during the updates. Updates to later sub-sets and/or sub-regions can be performed contingent on the success of the earlier updates. In this way, updates can be verified on access points used by lower-priority users such as guest users of the network to avoid disruption of access to more important users such as executives or safety workers on the network.

  • Patent number: 10878328
Abstract: System and method for analyzing driver behavior based on telematics data are disclosed. In an example, a probability of a user driving a vehicle is computed and a risk score is generated to develop at least one driver profile based on the probability. Further, routes taken by said user driving said vehicle are clustered to generate enhanced driver profile and using the clustered output to develop dynamic intelligent contexts for each said route and adding contextual intelligence messages to customize said risk score. Furthermore, the routes taken by the said user in real time are predicted. In addition, a missing route is identified through imputation of missed routes to compute annualized mileage, and a missing distance is imputed in an analysis of at least one trip of the driver in the vehicle. Also, independent trips are stitched based on at least one recommendation from an analytics engine.
