When moving a PCR solution to a reaction space using the capillary effect and filling the reaction space with the solution, it is possible to prevent air pockets from forming in the corners or edge regions of the well array which is the reaction space. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent errors caused by air pockets from occurring in PCR test results.
