The inductor includes a core formed of magnetic material, an insulating coil wound on an outer surface of the core, a mold body containing the core and the insulating coil to be embedded therein, ends of the insulating coil protruding respectively from both sides of the mold body, which are opposite to each other, the mold body formed of soft magnetic metal compact using soft magnetic metal powder, and external electrodes formed on the both sides of the mold body and electrically connected to a metal core of the protruding ends of the insulating coil. Herein, the protruding ends of the insulating coil are partially removed by physical force to expose the metal core and the external electrodes are electrically connected to the exposed metal core.

Abstract: A clip terminal soldered to and mounted on a circuit board, includes a connection part bent at an angle corresponding to that of a corner of a case and at least a pair of clips connected to each other by the connection part. The connection part and the clips are integrated with each other. The connection part has a width less than or equal to that of a solder pattern of the circuit board on which the clip terminal is soldered. A lower end of the corner of a sidewall of the case is fitted into the clips.

The tunnel is formed along an outer peripheral surface of the input unit, thereby preventing device malfunction due to moisture infiltrated into the control panel.

Abstract: A stack type common mode filter (CMF) for high frequency may improve high frequency characteristics, like removing an impedance difference between terminals by not overlapping terminal portions of multiple stack structures with upper and lower magnetic substances, and removing noise in a common mode and removing a signal distortion in a differential mode by removing an unnecessary parasitic impedance from terminal portions, and thus the stack type CMF for high frequency may be applicable at a high frequency compared to a conventional CMF.
