A method for creating and utilizing a virtual building, according to one aspect of the present invention, comprises the steps of: providing a voxel editing interface for a user to create a virtual building; creating a three-dimensional area for editing the exterior or the interior of the virtual building on the basis of a user input detected by the voxel editing interface; displaying a plurality of voxels on the basis of the user input detected in the three-dimensional area; creating at least one three-dimensional object on the basis of the plurality of voxels; and creating a virtual building including the at least one three-dimensional object.

Abstract: A hybrid-based image clustering method and a server for operating the same are provided.
