The inlet port is in flow communication with an air source outside of the pet travel system. The exhaust duct is in flow communication with the exhaust port. The pressure within the exhaust duct is lower than the pressure of the air source to cause air to flow from the air source through the at least one pet storage module from the inlet port to the exhaust port.
