  • Publication number: 20230174589
Abstract: The present invention relates to a chimeric recombinant protein having a therapeutic effect on cervical cancer by fusing genetic modified E6 and E7, which are carcinogenesis-inducing proteins of human papillomavirus high-risk group type 16, with a fusion protein for increasing immunogenicity, the HPV type 16 E6, E7 chimeric recombinant protein fused with the flagellin fusion protein of the present invention showed the lowest tumor cell volume, and the immune response of specific T cells according to the recombinant antigen was significantly confirmed, and when the prophylactic effect was measured, it was confirmed that the volume of tumor cells was low and the antibody titer was increased, therefore human papillomavirus recombinant antigen of the present invention shows tumor treatment and prophylaxis and can be applied as a therapeutic/prophylactic vaccine composition.

  • Publication number: 20190177768
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a composition for detecting a target nucleic acid sequence using a cleaved complementary tag fragment. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for linking a tag sequence to a PCR primer so that a cleaved complementary tag fragment (CCTF) can be produced by a restriction enzyme during a PCR reaction and a method for identifying a tag characterized in that the tag generated during a reaction using only one kind of template sequence of a tag for one target sequence is analyzed in various analyzing apparatuses to identify the tag, and a composition used in the method.

  • Publication number: 20130109016
Abstract: The present invention provides a primer composition for amplifying a gene region having various variations in a target gene comprising: a first primer group comprising at least one primer specific to at least one template including a genotype-analyzable sequence of a genetically variant base sequence subjected to be analyzed in the target gene; and a second primer group comprising at least one primer designed by selecting one primer having the greatest number of shared bases from the primers of the first primer group and by using the selected primer as a reference, the primer of the second primer group binding specifically to the template or binding complementarily to the template with allowing mismatch of up to three successive bases or 1 to 2 bases in the vicinity of the 3? end of the template.

  • Patent number: 5861163
Abstract: The present invention relates to a vaccine prepared from an attenuated Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains which are obtained by isolating Pseudomonas aeruginosa in a pure state according to the Fisher-Devlin immunotype and then repeatedly purifying the isolated strain, particularly CFCPA 10142 (KCCM 10029), CFCPA 20215 (KCCM 10030), CFCPA 30720 (KCCM 10031), CFCPA 40057 (KCCM 10032), CFCPA 50243 (KCCM 10033), CFCPA 60534 (KCCM 10034) and CFCPA 70018 (KCCM 10035) strains. In addition, the present invention relates to a process for preparing the vaccine for immunization against Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection which contains cell wall proteins having molecular weights ranging from 10,000 to 100,000. The cell wall protein component of the attenuated strain is non-pathogenic and safe, and exhibits excellent antibody formation capacity and is useful for preparation of a vaccine and therapeutic agent.
