  • Publication number: 20230248776
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for differentiating mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts, a cell therapeutic agent for treating bone disease including osteoblasts differentiated by the method and a method for producing the same. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for treating bone disease, including the step of administering the osteoblasts obtained by the method to a patient with bone disease. The differentiation method according to the present invention can stably and rapidly differentiate mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts. The differentiated osteoblasts have excellent blood vessel-forming ability and excellent bone-forming ability. Accordingly, the method for differentiating stem cells into osteoblasts and the osteoblasts obtained by the method, according to the present invention, can be effectively used as a cell therapeutic agent or treatment method related to bone disease.

  • Patent number: 10494601
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for inducing osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and, more particularly, to a short-time osteogenic differentiation method of culturing cells using a porous membrane and a biodegradable synthetic biogel, whereby the cells do not contact a cell culture container. The present invention can significantly shorten the induction period of osteogenic differentiation, compared to the conventional osteogenic differentiation method, and has an effect of the cells being easily separable after differentiation as well.

  • Patent number: 8257973
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for co-culture of stem cells using feeder cells, more particularly to a method for culturing stem cells by using a membrane having a number of pores to separate stem cells and feeder cells. In the present invention, the culture condition of stem cells optimized is provided, in which stem cells and feeder cells are cultivated independently in separate spaces while permeating essential substances selectively. The stem cells prepared in the present invention continue to remain indifferent and be supported by feeder cells until needing being sub-cultured. In addition, the stem cells even for therapeutic use can be obtained without any contaminant since not pretreated with a cytostatic agent such as mitomycin or irradiated. Therefore, the method for co-culturing stem cells by using a membrane of the present invention can be widely used for clinical applications.
