  • Patent number: 8702365
Abstract: A substrate processing apparatus includes a main load unit, a buffer load unit, and a transfer unit. Containers each accommodating substrates are placed on the main load unit and the buffer load unit. The buffer load unit is disposed above the main load unit and movable into and outward from a process module. Therefore, more containers can be placed in the substrate processing apparatus without increasing the footprint of the substrate processing apparatus, and thus it is possible to reduce equipment idle time during which standby substrates wait before being processed, thereby improving productivity.

  • Publication number: 20060018275
Abstract: An apparatus and method for managing session information in a mobile communication service system are provided. When a predetermined time has lapsed into a state where a point-to-point protocol (PPP) session established between a mobile station (MS) and a packet data serving node (PDSN) in the mobile communication service system was transitioned to a dormant state, the MS or PDSN is not transitioned to a null state, but still maintained in the dormant state when information on the established PPP session is checked if it is identical. Thereby, it is possible to maximize the efficiency of wired and wireless resources in the mobile communication service system, and to minimize a start time of mobile communication service provided by a request of the subscriber.

  • Publication number: 20050285166
Abstract: Monitoring patterns for an imaging device and a method of monitoring processing using the monitoring patterns are disclosed. Processing errors in the imaging device are detected and estimated by measuring resistances between main impurity regions and associated sub impurity regions in the monitoring patterns. Monitoring patterns corresponding to mis-aligned regions in the imaging device have varying resistances between the main impurity region and the associated sub impurity regions.

  • Publication number: 20030162545
Abstract: Two radio systems are provided for each coverage area within a wireless communications system, each radio system supporting a different wireless communications standard with at least one of the standards being compatible with the other (such as the backward-compatibility of either of 1xEV-DO or 1xEV-DV with IS-2000). Both of the radio systems may have a sectored configuration for selected coverage areas while a combination of sectored and omni configurations are employed for the radio systems for other coverage areas. When communications with a mobile station utilizing one standard fails within a coverage area due to antenna, radio frequency path, or radio system failure, wireless communications with that mobile station is automatically resumed utilizing the other, compatible wireless communications standard.
