Abstract: A wearable cardiac therapeutic device includes a plurality of ECG sensing electrodes configured to sense ECG signals regarding a cardiac function of a patient; a plurality of therapy electrodes configured to deliver transcutaneous defibrillation shocks or transcutaneous pacing pulses to the patient's heart; and a support garment configured to support and hold the plurality of ECG sensing electrodes and the plurality of therapy electrodes against the patient's body. The support garment includes one or more features for improving and enhancing the patient's experience in wearing the support garment with respect to wearability, comfort, aesthetics, and assembly and usage of the device.
