Abstract: A method including receiving, at an embedded browser embedded in an application, a request to access data designated by a uniform resource locator (URL) specified by the request. The method also includes intercepting, by a method interceptor, an application programming interface (API) call to access the data designated by the URL. Intercepting is performed prior to execution of the API call. The API call is performable by an API of the embedded browser. The method also includes comparing, by the method interceptor, a domain specified by the URL to an list of allowed domains. The method also includes blocking, by the method interceptor and responsive to the domain failing to be a member of the list of allowed domains, the API call. Blocking is performed by the method interceptor preventing the API call from passing to the API.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for automatically adding accessibility properties to an application. One embodiment includes a method for adding accessibility. The method includes, for at least a first interface control provided by a first software application, the first interface control including a set of one or more accessibility properties: determining a control type of a plurality of control types based on one or more attributes of the first interface control, and associating the control type with the set of accessibility properties of the first interface control. The method further includes matching at least a second interface control provided by a second software application to one of the plurality of control types based on one or more attributes of the second interface control, the second interface control not including accessibility properties. The method further includes adding accessibility properties to the second interface control based on accessibility properties of the matched control type.

The method may further include retrieving, based on the call, a unique identifier of the user, and placing the user in a call queue in an order defined by when the call is received. While the user is in the call queue, user data matching the unique identifier of the user is retrieved, the user data is analyzed to identify, based on the prior interaction, a problem of the user with the software application. The method may further include generating, in response to identifying the problem of the user, user data messages, and initiating presentation of the user data messages to the user while the user is in the call queue.
