    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method and device for efficiently estimating a self-interference channel in a wireless communication system. A method for estimating a self-interference channel by a BS in an FD communication system includes transmitting, to a first UE, information about an uplink resource where uplink reception from the first UE is muted; and estimating a self-interference channel related to downlink transmission in a period corresponding to the uplink resource where uplink reception is muted during downlink transmission to a second UE, based on the transmitted information.
