    Abstract: Provided is a flat type vibrating motor capable of reducing a consumed current of the motor while maintaining torque of the motor, lengthening even more an operating time of an apparatus such as a mobile communication apparatus in which the flat type vibrating motor is mounted, and shortening a charging period. At least one auxiliary coil separated at a predetermined mechanical degree with respect to a center of the primary coil mounted on the substrate, and series-connected to the primary coil is provided, so that a current flowing through the coil is reduced and torque equivalent to or greater than that of a related art motor can be obtained. Accordingly, an amount of a consumed current of the motor is reduced.

    Abstract: A standing apparatus is provided. The standing apparatus includes a base, a link, and a stopping device. The base is placed on a seat surface to support a display device. The link has one side connected with the display device and the other side rotatably connected to the base. The stopping device maintains a folded state of the link when the link is folded with respect to the base. The stopping device includes a stopper and a stopper fixing groove. The stopper is supported by one of the base and the link, and the stopper fixing groove is formed in the other of the base and the link to allow the link to maintain a folded state by automatically interfering with the stopper when the link reaches the folded state.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-hybridization set for DNA microarray assay, which comprises: a lower plate in which a DNA microarray is mounted; an upper plate which is coupled to the lower plate, and in which one or more O-rings are attached to the lower surface of the upper plate coming in contact with the DNA microarray such that separate spaces are formed when the upper and lower plates are coupled to each other, the upper plate having sample injection holes formed inside of the O-ring; and means for coupling the upper and lower plates to each other. The multi-hybridization set of the present invention allows the DNA microarray assay of several samples to be performed at once. In addition, according to this multi-hybridization set, the problem of contamination caused by oil and dust, which occurs due to the use of the existing cover glass, can be solved.

    Abstract: Provided are a nitride semiconductor device and method of manufacturing the same. In the method, semiconductor nanorods are vertically grown on a substrate, and then a nitride semiconductor thin film is deposited on the substrate having the semiconductor nanorods. Accordingly, a high-quality nitride semiconductor thin film can be deposited on a variety of inexpensive, large-sized substrates. Also, because the nitride semiconductor thin film containing the semiconductor nanorods can easily emit light through openings between the nanorods, internal scattering can be greatly reduced. Thus, the nitride semiconductor thin film can be usefully employed in optical devices such as light emitting diodes and electronic devices.
