More specifically, the present invention relates to a health prediction system and method using an oral microorganism analysis device, wherein the current health condition of an individual is predicted by collecting and analyzing various microorganisms present in the oral cavity. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sample is collected from a subject, introduced into a small genome analyzer, and subjected to genome analysis or genotyping, thus having the effect of enabling: the identification of genomic species of microorganisms that come out through the washing of the oral cavity, the brushing of teeth, or gargling; and software, analysis, and follow-up actions utilizing the same.
