  • Publication number: 20210312136
Abstract: A system for optimizing project and/or task completion through the use of machine learning is disclosed. The system receives attributes for a project and participants to participate in the project. The attributes are provided to a natural language processing engine to determine content related to the attributes. Once the content is determined, the system receives a selection of a portion of the content and attributes to be searched via a search engine of the system. The search engine may then determine potential combinations of participants, such as individuals, devices, programs, and/or robots, which are suited to participate in the project. A selected combination of participants may perform the project. Feedback relating to the project may be utilized to adjust search algorithm variable weights and parameters utilized by the search engine to optimize the relevance of potential combinations of participants generated in response to a future search for a future project.

  • Patent number: 9218997
Abstract: Electrostatic chucks and methods of manufacturing the same are provided herein. In some embodiments, an electrostatic chuck comprises an electrically conductive body having one or more channels formed in an upper surface thereof; a plate positioned within the one or more channels to define one or more plenums between the body and the plate, wherein the surfaces of the plenum are anodized; one or more fluid passages disposed in the plate and fluidly coupling the one or more plenums to the upper surface of the body, wherein the surfaces of the fluid passages are electrically insulated; and a dielectric layer disposed over the upper surface of the body and the plate, wherein the dielectric layer forms a support surface for a substrate to be disposed thereon.

  • Patent number: 8195255
Abstract: A sliding-type portable terminal is provided. The sliding-type portable terminal includes a first housing and a second housing. The second housing faces the first housing and can slide relative to the first housing. The sliding-type portable terminal also includes a pair of link members coupled with the first housing and the second housing. The link members rotate relative to one of the first and second housings. Also provided is a first guide opening formed on the other housing wherein one end of the link members is engaged with the first guide opening so as to move along the first guide opening as the second housing slides. In the sliding-type portable terminal, a pair of housings can be rotatably coupled with each other by means of the link members so as to sufficiently secure a greater range of sliding, and thus a space for mounting an input device, such as a keypad, or the like, is increased.

  • Patent number: 7801580
Abstract: A portable electronic device having a sliding housing and adapted to slide in multiple directions so that it can be used as a key input device is provided. The portable electronic device includes a main housing, a sliding housing coupled to the main housing while being able to slide in upward, downward, leftward, and rightward directions on the main housing and at least one motion sensor for sensing a movement of the sliding housing in each direction, for creating a corresponding signal, and for applying the signal to a controller inside the main housing. The sliding housing provides a user input so that additional keys are not required and the overall size of the device can be reduced.
