Abstract: An apparatus for controlling driving of a vehicle, a system having the same, and a method thereof. The apparatus for controlling the driving of a vehicle includes a processor determining whether a lane change is necessary based on a rear situation of a reference vehicle when the lane change is necessary, determining whether the lane change is possible based on left-side and right-side rear situations of the reference vehicle, and performing lane change control depending on the determination result and a storage storing a result of the monitoring of the rear situation and the left-side and the right-side rear situations of the reference vehicle.
