    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving a packet in a broadcasting and communication system are provided. The method and apparatus allows a receiver to recognize data in a packet lost due to data loss occurring in a network. To this end, Forward Error Correction (FEC) control-related information is generated, a packet including the generated FEC control-related information is generated, and the packet is transmitted. The FEC control-related information includes at least one of FEC configuration-related information and FEC encoding configuration-related information.

The method includes generating an LDPC code based on a resulting parity check matrix which is generated by performing a row splitting operation on a base parity check matrix; and transmitting the LDPC code. The row splitting operation includes splitting each row block included in the base parity check matrix into row blocks, a number of the row blocks is determined based on a splitting factor, and the splitting factor is determined based on a number of repair symbols included in a repair symbol block of the base parity check matrix, a number of rows included in the base parity check matrix, and a scaling factor for determining a size of each permutation matrix in the resulting parity check matrix and a size of each zero matrix included in the resulting parity check matrix.

In the apparatus, when an electronic pen is placed at a specific position on a display, an image of a pixel group corresponding to the specific position is captured through a camera provided in the electronic pen, a reference point is detected in the pixel group by processing the captured image of the pixel group, an area type of the captured image is determined based on the reference point, values of a coordinate indications corresponding to the position of the pixel group are determined, selectively correcting the determined values of the coordinate indications according to the determined area type to determine final values of the coordinate indications, and applying a predetermined coordinates calculation rule to the determined final values of the coordinate indications to determine final coordinates of the electronic pen.

    Abstract: The present invention provides compounds and compositions, e.g., a series of compounds wherein a 1,5-biarylpyrazole group is conjugated to a urea group by a non-cleavable covalent chain, that are useful as dual COX-2/sEH inhibitors. The compounds disclosed herein have activity associated with the arachidonate cascade. The activity of these compounds was demonstrated using a lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced model of pain in the rat. The compounds of the present invention demonstrated superior anti-allodynic activity as compared to the same dose of celecoxib, i.e., a COX-2 inhibitor, also as compared to the same dose of t-AUCB, i.e., a sEH inhibitor, and also as compared to the co-administered same dose of both celecoxib and t-AUCB. The dual inhibitors of the present invention demonstrate enhanced in vivo anti-allodynic activity in a nociceptive behavioral assay.
