Abstract: A single switching circuit for a power supply which can improve the efficiency of the power supply and reduce a manufacturing cost thereof. The single switching circuit includes a diode and a capacitor connected in series between both terminals of a main switching element, and a coil connected in parallel to the diode, and determines a duty cycle of a transformer coupled to the switching element.
