    Abstract: Disclosed are a coil assembly of a slotless motor, a housing, and a slotless motor including the same. According to the present invention, there is provided a coil assembly of a slotless motor which includes a plurality of first coil structures which have two first coil sides facing each other with a first space interposed therebetween and having a fan-shaped cross section in a width direction and have a first end turn bent in a first direction on at least one end in a longitudinal direction of the two first coil sides and a plurality of second coil structures which have two second coil sides facing each other with a second space interposed therebetween and having a fan-shaped cross section in a width direction and have a second end turn bent in a second direction on at least one end in a longitudinal direction of the two second coil sides, wherein the plurality of first coil structures and the plurality of second coil structures are coupled to each other to form a circular stator winding structure.

The spherical motor includes a hollow spherical-shaped stator installed with a bi-level bobbin wound by coil generating a synthesized magneto-motive force on an inner surface thereof; and a rotor formed inside the stator and rotating around a shaft, wherein a slope of the shaft is adjusted by the synthesized magneto-motive force. Two or more of the bobbins are provided and installed at regular intervals along the inner surface of the stator, and the rotor includes one or more permanent magnets. The spherical motor rotating in multi degrees of freedom, formed with the above mentioned figures, can embody multi degrees of freedom by the interaction between the flowing current in the winding coil around the bobbin and the permanent magnet.

A rotor includes an upper board, A and B phase winding coils, an eccentric weight and a rectifier. The rectifier has a plurality of segments electrically connected to first and second ends of the A and B phase winding coils. A stator includes a lower board, a magnet and a pair of brush fingers electrically connected to a power supply and in contact with the segments. A pattern coil on the upper board electrically connects between a segment connected to a first end of the A phase winding coil and another segment connected to a second end of the B phase winding coil to generate electromagnetic force for rotating the rotor from an electrically disconnected section to an electrically connected section.

    Abstract: A flat-shaped vibration motor is described. The vibration motor has a base plate at its bottom. A cover is mounted on the base plate so as to define a space for installing elements therein. A shaft is vertically and rotatably mounted between the center of the base plate and the center of the cover. A lower PCB is mounted on the upper surface of the base plate. A magnet is positioned outside the lower PCB and has poles of 2n (n: a positive integer). An upper plate is fitted around the shaft and unbalanced in weight. A commutator is positioned on the central lower portion of the upper PCB and consists of multiple segments. A pair of brushes are mounted between the lower PCB and the commutator with their lower ends respectively and electrically connected to the lower PCB and their upper ends in contact with the commutator, an interval angle between the brushes being greater than an electric angle of Π/2 and less than an electric angle of 3Π/2.
