Abstract: A battery diagnostic apparatus includes a storage, a battery state manager, and a battery diagnostic device. The storage includes battery state history data including periodic battery charge state information. The battery state manager stores the battery state history data in the storage and retrieves the stored battery state history data. The battery diagnostic device is configured to determine a usage pattern depth of discharge in a state of charge based on the battery state history data, and predicts a remaining life of a battery based on the battery state history data and the usage pattern depth of discharge.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for detecting and managing faults, which can consider both causes from a device where a failure has occurred and causes from other devices as the causes of the failure, is provided. The method and apparatus may provide fault detect managing which divide analysis target data into a normal section and a faulty section and can thus perform fault detection and management using correlation coefficients that can distinctly show a failure.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for determining a function that causes a charging problem and a personal information leakage problem when executing an application are provided. The apparatus includes an application configuration unit for determining and storing function information of the application that performs a network connection, and for providing a network connection function item of the application selected by a user based on the pre-stored function information.
