Abstract: The present invention provides an artificial intelligence-based data processing apparatus and method using the same to prevent dispute over various kinds of inconveniences such as inter-floor noise occurring in an apartment house and to solve them in a friendly and communicative manner based on mutual consideration. The AI-based data processing apparatus according to embodiments of the present invention can communicate with neighbors conveniently, quickly and accurately by voice, and communicate in a manner that does not offend each other as if it were through an unbiased mediator. By acting in consideration, it is possible to effectively prevent and resolve inter-floor noise related disputes.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for communicating with neighbors between floors for preventing and amicably solving disputes related to inconveniences such as the floor noise. An inter-floor neighbor communication method according to an embodiment comprises (i) storing, by a server, identification information of users of terminal devices for inter-floor neighbor relationship of the users; (ii) receiving, from a first terminal device of a first user, the identification information of a second user who is a neighbor of the first user and with whom is selected for communication by the first user; (iii) communicatively connecting the first and the second terminal devices based on the identification information; and (iv) transmitting, by the server, current status information of the first user on inconvenience to the second terminal device of the second user.
