Abstract: A toner path opening and closing apparatus of an image forming device includes a first shutter elastically supported by a first elastic member to open and close a first toner path, and a second shutter elastically supported by a second elastic member having an elastic modulus smaller than the first elastic member to open and close a second toner path by the first shutter. After the second toner path is opened by the first shutter, the first is opened, so that the first and second toner paths communicate with each other. The first toner path is a toner supplying pipeline to which a toner is supplied from a toner cartridge, and the second toner path is a toner injecting port disposed in a developing unit.

Abstract: An ink tank of an inkjet printer includes a housing that stores ink; an ink intake unit formed through a lateral wall of the housing and that is openable and closeable to intake ink from the outside; an ink discharge unit formed through a lateral wall of the housing and that is openable and closeable to discharge ink to the outside; and a filter unit that is connected to the ink discharge unit and is installed closer to the bottom of the housing than the ink discharge unit, the filter unit including a filter that filters dust included in the ink that flows to the ink discharge unit.

Abstract: An IC package including a plurality of BGA IC packages stacked on a printed circuit board and a method of manufacturing the same. The IC package includes a printed circuit board, a first BGA IC package, having a plurality of first solder balls, stacked on the printed circuit board, a second BGA IC package, having a plurality of second solder balls, stacked on the first BGA IC package, and an interposer having a plurality of through-holes, which are filled by the second solder balls in a molten state such that the length of the second solder balls increases while the second solder balls harden, the interposer being joined to the top of the first BGA IC package.

Abstract: A sample inspection apparatus to inspect a sample using a scanning electron microscope irradiates the sample with electron beams. The sample inspection apparatus includes a charge collecting unit that collects charges generated from a surface of the sample due to irradiation thereof by the electron beams. The cost required for sample inspection is reduced, and an image having high quality is provided by the sample inspection apparatus.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display (“LCD”) device reduces the size of a liquid crystal (“LC”) panel by reducing the number of data voltage supply lines of the LC panel. The LCD device includes sub-pixels formed in a display area of a substrate, data lines formed in the display area in a column direction and commonly connected to the sub-pixels, gate lines crossing the data lines and respectively connected to the sub-pixels, data voltage supply lines receiving a data voltage from outside and supplying the data voltage to the data lines, branch lines branched from each of the data voltage supply lines, and switching elements formed between the branch lines and the data lines and selectively connecting the branch lines with the data lines. A method of driving the LCD device is further provided.

When detecting a touch-down, the mobile terminal displays a character of the touch-down point and nearby characters in an enlarged size and indicates the character of the touch-down point in the enlarged display. When a drag event occurs before a touch-up event, the mobile terminal determines the dragging distance and direction, changes the touch-down point to a new location according to the dragging distance and direction, and indicates another character at the new location. When a touch-up event occurs at the new location, the mobile terminal then inputs the other character indicated at the new location.

Abstract: A thin film transistor array panel is disclosed. The thin film transistor array panel includes a gate line formed on a substrate, a gate insulating layer formed on the gate line, a semiconductor layer formed on the gate insulating layer, a data line and a drain electrode formed on the semiconductor layer, a passivation layer formed on the data line and the drain electrode and including a contact hole, and a pixel electrode formed on the passivation layer and connected to the drain electrode through the contact hole. The data line intersects the pixel electrode, and the pixel electrode includes an opening corresponding to a portion of the data line. The opening has a horizontal width that is wider or narrower than the horizontal width of the data line. Thereby, parasitic capacitance that occurs between the data line and the pixel electrode is reduced to improve image quality.
