  • Publication number: 20230299289
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing an anode active material and a secondary battery including the anode active material. The anode active material may be prepared by including the steps of: preparing intermediate-stage spheroidized particles by pulverizing and spheroidizing flaky graphite particles; preparing coated particles by mixing the intermediate-stage spheroidized particles with composite particles and performing a mechanochemical reaction thereon to coat the surface of the intermediate-stage spheroidized particles with the composite particles; and spheroidizing the coated particles and coating the surface thereof with amorphous carbon to prepare spherical graphite.

  • Publication number: 20230299290
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing an anode active material including the steps of: obtaining graphite byproduct particles that have not been spheroidized in a step of pulverizing and spheroidizing flaky graphite particles; preparing coated particles by liquid phase mixing the graphite byproduct particles with composite particles to coat the surface of the graphite byproduct particles with the composite particles; spheroidizing the coated particles by performing an isostatic pressing process thereon; and pulverizing the coated particles and coating the surface thereof with amorphous carbon to prepare spherical graphite.

  • Patent number: 10987893
Abstract: The present invention relates to a thermally conductive thin sheet for protecting an element, etc. integrated in an electronic device from heat, and an article comprising the same. As the thermally conductive thin film sheet has a thermally conductive filler layer formed on both surfaces of a thermally conductive adhesive film having a composite filler, the thermally conductive thin film sheet has excellent tensile strength and flexibility and thus is easy to handle while having a high fill factor of the thermally conductive filler. Accordingly, heat generated during use can be effectively removed by applying the thermally conductive thin film sheet to various articles such as electronic devices, illumination equipment, etc., in which a light emitting source such as an LED, an OLED, etc. is adopted or IC chips are highly integrated.
