Abstract: Disclosed is a voice registration method for voice recognition, comprising the steps of analyzing a spectrum of a sound signal inputted from the outside; extracting predetermined language units for a speaker recognition from a voice signal in the sound signal; measuring the loudness of each language unit; collecting voice data on registered (background) speakers including loudness data of the plurality of background speakers as a reference onto voice database; determining whether the loudness of each language unit is within a predetermined loudness range based on the voice data base; learning each language unit by using a multi-layer perceptron in the case that at least a predetermined number of language units are within the predetermined loudness range; and storing data on the learned language unit as data for recognizing the speaker. With this configuration, loudness of a speaker is considered at learning for registering his/her voice and at verifying a speaker.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and system for receiving data by using the SMS and the wireless Internet. The method comprises the steps of receiving a short message from said service provider, wherein the short message comprises at least a service identifier and site information, determining whether or not there is an application protocol in the site information and executing an IP channel connecting program in correspondence with the application protocol, when the application protocol is in the site information, wherein the data receiving system receives data in correspondence with the application protocol from the service provider by executing the IP channel connecting program.

Abstract: An apparatus for manufacturing a surface light source apparatus in which a light guide pattern portion is formed on a light guide panel includes a pattern design system to which data about a pattern to be formed on the light guide pattern is input. A control system is connected to the pattern design system and transmits a position signal matching a coordinate value of each pattern to be formed on the light guide panel. A header moving portion mechanically moves vertically and horizontally according to the position signal received from the control system. A laser system outputs a laser beam according to a pulse signal synchronized with a movement of the header moving portion. A lens portion allows a laser beam output from the laser system to pass the header moving portion and to be focused on a scanning surface of the light guide panel. A warp prevention unit prevents the light guide panel from warping due to a local heating by the laser beam.
