  • Publication number: 20050128894
Abstract: The present invention relates, in general, to an optical pickup actuator and, more particularly, to an optical pickup actuator, in which a depression (120) is formed in a center portion of a rear surface of a wire holder (100) to be depressed, and the position of a bobbin (20) is adjusted by straining wires (30) while a center portion of a printed circuit board (200), closely attached to the rear surface of the wire holder, is pressurized using a control screw (300) to allow the printed circuit board to be arcuately deformed.

  • Patent number: 6448677
Abstract: A flat-type vibration motor comprising a lower casing part, an upper casing part for covering the lower casing part, a shaft for interconnecting the lower casing part and upper casing part at their centers, a lower board attached to an upper surface of the lower casing part, a magnet mounted on an edge of the upper surface of the lower casing part outside the lower board, the magnet being polarized with at least 2 poles, an upper board formed by cutting a disc at a certain angle and supporting the resulting disc by the shaft via a bearing such that it is eccentrically rotatable, a commutator arranged on a lower surface of the upper board and around an axis of the shaft, the commutator having segments of the number twice that of the poles of the magnet, a pair of brushes having their one ends fixedly connected to the lower board and their other ends brought into contact with the commutator, the brushes being spaced apart from each other at an interval of an electrical angle within the range of &pgr;/2 to 3&pgr

  • Patent number: 6265838
Abstract: A flat-shaped vibration motor is described. The vibration motor has a base plate at its bottom. A cover is mounted on the base plate so as to define a space for installing elements therein. A shaft is vertically and rotatably mounted between the center of the base plate and the center of the cover. A lower PCB is mounted on the upper surface of the base plate. A magnet is positioned outside the lower PCB and has poles of 2n (n: a positive integer). An upper plate is fitted around the shaft and unbalanced in weight. A commutator is positioned on the central lower portion of the upper PCB and consists of multiple segments. A pair of brushes are mounted between the lower PCB and the commutator with their lower ends respectively and electrically connected to the lower PCB and their upper ends in contact with the commutator, an interval angle between the brushes being greater than an electric angle of Π/2 and less than an electric angle of 3Π/2.

  • Patent number: 6169348
Abstract: Disclosed is a flat type two-phase vibration motor. The flat type two-phase vibration motor comprises a lower board attached to an upper surface of a lower case; a stator magnet disposed on the lower board and having magnetic poles of the number of 2n where n is an integer of 1 or more; a shaft supported between the lower case and an upper case; an upper board rotatably coupled to the shaft to be eccentrically supported thereby; an armature coil of two phases attached to the upper board such that it has a phase difference of &pgr;/2; a commutator attached to the upper board around the shaft and having a plurality of segments of the number which is two times the number of the magnetic poles; and a pair of brushes having lower ends which are attached to the lower board and upper ends which are arranged such that they can be brought into contact with the segments of the commutator while being separated from each other by an electrical angle of &pgr;.
