Each pixel includes a photoelectric conversion region and a floating diffusion region in the substrate, a pixel transistor including a pixel gate on the first surface of the substrate, a first transmission gate between the photoelectric conversion region and the floating diffusion region, extending into the substrate, and having a first width in a horizontal direction, and a second transmission gate between the photoelectric conversion region and the floating diffusion region, arranged between the pixel gate and the first transmission gate when viewed in a plan view, and having a second width less than the first width in the horizontal direction.

Abstract: An image sensor may include a substrate including a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts, and a first optical filter and a second optical filter on a top surface of the substrate and spaced apart from each other in a first direction. The first optical filter comprises a stack structure and an optical absorption layer covering the stack structure, the stack structure extending in the first direction, the stack structure comprises a metal pattern and a dielectric pattern on the metal pattern, and the second optical filter comprises at least one of a red color filter, a green color filter, and a blue color filter.
