Publication number: 20250124534Abstract: A system includes a camera system configured to capture images of items in a tote. The camera system is configured to interface with an artificial intelligence (AI) system to process images in a variety of ways to support picking and/or placing operations by a robot. Such processing includes planning pick points for items, applying a filter to an image, and planning movement of a robot to perform a picking operation. The camera system further includes an augmented reality tag (ARTag) that is used to calibrate cameras and other devices. The system is configured to train the AI system based on images collected by the camera system wherein the camera system randomly varies the camera settings for each image.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 12, 2023Publication date: April 17, 2025Applicant: Bastian Solutions, LLCInventors: Mark R. Publication number: 20250106155Abstract: Embodiments herein describe tokenizing a data sequence to perform a wildcard lookup. For example, a network device (such as a NIC or a switch) can receive a data sequence (e.g., an IP address, Uniform Resource Locator (URL), domain name, etc.) which can be broken down into separate tokens. After identifying a first token, the network device can search a wildcard lookup table to determine a first entry in the table that matches the first token. Assuming there is a match, the network device can identify an action associated with the entry. If the action is to continue with the search, the network device can then retrieve a key from the entry which it then combines with a second token in the data sequence to again search the wildcard lookup table.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 27, 2023Publication date: March 27, 2025Inventors: Rajshekhar BIRADAR, Sunil KULKARNI, Manjunath SHIVANNA

Publication number: 20250042662Abstract: A system includes one or more robot arms configured to pick and/or place items into totes. The system is designed to reduce overall downtime. In the system, if the robot arm is unable to pick and/or place items into the tote, the system routes the tote to a human operator who rearranges the items in the tote in such a way that the robot arm is more likely to be able to pick the items from the tote. The system further includes an artificial intelligence (AI) system that determines whether totes are able to be picked by the robot arm. The AI system further monitors the operation of the robot arms and human operators for training purposes. The data from picking and rearranging operations are used to train the AI system.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 1, 2023Publication date: February 6, 2025Applicant: Bastian Solutions, LLCInventors: Mark R. Publication number: 20160094945Abstract: A hub can service data requests for various different clients having different periodic fix intervals. The sensor hub detects a specified value on a timer, and adjusts a count associated with each client by the specified value. The adjustment can be either to increment or decrement, depending on the implementation. If the adjustment to any count causes the count associated with the client to reach the periodic fixed interval associated with the client, the sensor hub notifies the client. For counts that have not reached the respective fixed periodic request interval, the sensor hub iterates for the next specified value for the timer.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 26, 2014Publication date: March 31, 2016Inventor: Sunil Kulkarni

Publication number: 20050237331Abstract: Methods and apparatus for use with AGP-capable computer systems are disclosed. Since each AGP-capable chipset can have a unique range of graphics port aperture sizes that it supports, current graphics port aperture drivers are chipset-specific, with hard-coded tables of supported graphics aperture sizes. Described herein is a driver that dynamically ascertains the range of supported graphics aperture port sizes for an attached AGP-capable chipset, thus allowing this driver to be ported between different chipsets without manual reconfiguration and recompiling. The method employed in the driver sends one or more test aperture size values to a register resident in the chipset, and then reads what is written to see if the chipset changed any of the bits of the test value. The method infers supported sizes from examining which, if any bits, were changed by the chipset.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 29, 2005Publication date: October 27, 2005Applicant: Intel CorporationInventor: Sunil Kulkarni
