    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of the development of a novel CraCubMncNid High Entropy based Alloy (HEA) system and process for preparation thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to CraCubMncNid high entropy alloy-based system, wherein the concentration of a in the ranges of 5-17 atomic percent (at %), b in the range of 18-35 atomic percent (at %), c in the range of 17-34 atomic percent (at %), and d in the range of 23-37 atomic percent (at %). The unique combination of these elements unlocks a new level of performance and reliability, marking a significant advancement in the field of high entropy alloys. Cr—Cu—Mn—Ni-based High Entropy Alloys (HEAs) exhibiting cost effective, superior strength, hardness, tribological performance, and corrosion resistance at room temperature.
