  • Publication number: 20220102360
Abstract: SRAM cell circuits have a minimum distance between a storage circuit active region and a read port circuit active region to reduce area. SRAM cell circuits are formed in FinFETs in a storage circuit active area and a read port active area each including one or more diffusion regions of a substrate. Design rule constraints limit a minimum center-to-center distance between adjacent parallel fins. The SRAM bit cell has a reduced total area because a distance between the storage circuit active area and the read port active area is reduced to a minimum separation distance of between 1.0 and 2.15 times the smallest center-to-center distance between adjacent fins. Minimizing a separation distance may include relocating a gate contact of a write access transistor from a location between the storage circuit active region and the read port active region to a location overlapping the storage circuit active area.

  • Patent number: 11251123
Abstract: Static random access memory (SRAM) bit cells employing asymmetric width read and write word lines (WWL) for reduced memory write latency and improved memory write access performance, and related fabrication methods are disclosed. In exemplary aspects, the SRAM bit cell employs an increased width write word line based on a circuit cell layout area savings achieved by employing a reduced width read word line. Increasing the width of the write word line can reduce the resistance of the write word line and decrease memory write latency to the SRAM bit cell as a result. In certain exemplary aspects, the metal line pitch and minimum distance between metal lines of the SRAM bit cell can be maintained for maintaining fabrication compatibility with existing fabrication processes with decreasing the resistance of the write word line of the SRAM bit cell.

  • Publication number: 20210216896
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to recommending tool configurations in machining. The machining tool configuration selection involves the selection of several tool specification parameters concerning the material, geometry and composition of the machining tool. The state-of-the-art methods uses a rule and knowledge-based system to select tool configuration, however these methods do not recommend tool configurations which satisfy customer requirement. Embodiments of the present disclosure uses a hierarchical model which is trained to predict acceptable tool specification parameters for a given requirement by learning the patterns from past tool selection data. Further a probabilistic approach is used to predict the top set of recommendations of tool configurations with a probability score for each prediction. The disclosed method is used for recommending tool configurations in a cylindrical grinding wheel process.

  • Publication number: 20190065990
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for receiving training data for multiple datasets that include information about a computing process. The training data is received at a computing system that includes a data manager, a data classifier, and a machine learning (ML) system. The data classifier annotates the training data as being associated with a particular dataset and as being descriptive of computing processes executed to perform transactions. The ML system receives the annotated training data and data about a transaction operation of the system, trains a predictive model to generate prediction data that indicates a runtime condition of the system, and provides the prediction data to a process automation module of the system. The module executes process automation scripts to remediate the computing process, where the computing process is executed by the system to perform the real-time transaction operation.

  • Publication number: 20180240020
Abstract: A segmentation platform enables a system that comprises a behavior service and a predictive service for determining a segment from a dataset. The behavior service can analyze data to determine information about behavior that has already occurred. The predictive service can analyze data to determine information about the predicted propensity for certain behavior to occur in the future. In some cases, the predictive service can determine the information by utilizing a training model that indicates predictions related to potential relationships among properties of a dataset. The segmentation platform also enables an interactive user interface that can be utilized to configure attributes of the segment, analyze information associated with the segment, and deliver the information to another device.

  • Patent number: 10027328
Abstract: Various techniques are provided to efficiently implement user designs in programmable logic devices (PLDs). In one example, a method includes identifying a multiplexer in the design, identifying one or more irrelevant inputs for the multiplexer by, at least in part, decomposing the select logic into one or more select line binary decision diagrams corresponding to the one or more select lines, and generating a reduced multiplexer by eliminating the one or more irrelevant inputs from the multiplexer. The reduced multiplexer may be used to generate configuration data to configure physical components of the PLD, and the configuration data may be used to program the PLD to conform to the timing constraints of the design and/or PLD.
