Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a case and a product thereof. The steps for manufacturing a case include inserting an adhesive between a stack of sheets; compressing the stack of sheets; heat-molding the stack of sheets to form sidewalls and panels; and heating the stack of sheets using radio frequency radiation.

Abstract: A nail care apparatus comprises a motor housing having two ends: a handle end and a rotating housing end. A replaceable tip is inserted into the rotating housing so that it rotates along with the housing end. A disposable manicuring cylinder that is comprised of a soft polyurethane rubber in the shape of a hollow cylinder is then secured onto the replaceable tip, allowing it to rotate along with the replaceable tip. A power supply is connected to the housing at the handle end and provides power to an electric motor inside the motor housing such that the operation of the motor causes rotational movement of the rotating housing. The manicuring cylinders would be manufactured by slicing long tubes polyurethane rubber into desired lengths. The outer surface of the manicuring cylinder would be granular due to either a surface coating of sand powder mixed with adhesive or a sandpaper laminate, thus allowing uniform and even buffing and polishing without the risk of unnecessary keratin erosion.

Abstract: A personal carrying case used for keeping, for example, musical instruments, still and movie cameras, notebook computers or important documents is disclosed. The case has a layer bag consisting of inner and outer layers. The above layer bag is formed by precisely cutting a layer material into the inner and outer layers in order to substantially meet objective configuration and size of the case and by joining the inner and outer layers together on their cutting edges. A shock absorbing frame, which has the same configuration and size as those of the case, is cast with the layer bag inside the layer bag as a single structure. The above shock absorbing frame is formed by installing the layer bag in a mold having a cavity of the same configuration and size as those of the case and by injecting a pressurized foam material into the layer bag.

Abstract: A method of making artificial strip and cluster eyelashes. The method includes the steps of knotting eyelash strands to a support. While still being supported, the strands are heated and bonded together along a line parallel to and adjacent the knots. After heating and bonding, the lash strands are severed from the knots along a line intermediate the knots and the heating and bonding line.
