  • Publication number: 20240037468
Abstract: A project monitoring method facilitated by a software application wherein the present invention provides a unique method that allows multiple entities involved in a project to receive updates thereon and further facilitate an improved communication workflow. The present invention includes a software application wherein the software application is operable to provide project creation wherein plans, drawings or similar material is uploaded into the software for the project. A user will identify a location coordinate on the plans or drawings and be able to upload a captured image of that identified location coordinate from the actual jobsite or area of the plan. This captured image is made available to other entities involved in the project and the present invention further facilitates communication therebetween. The present invention further provides the ability to annotate the images or location coordinate and provide notification of updates to all entities assigned to the project.

  • Patent number: 11711357
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present application set forth a computer-implemented method that includes receiving, by a first service operating within a computing system, a modified identity data object from a second service operating within the computing system, where the modified identity data object includes at least one identifier associated with a client of the computing system determining, by the first service, that the second service performed a first action on an identity data object to generate the modified identity data object, and validating the modified identity data object based on whether the second service is authorized to perform the first action.

  • Patent number: 11663288
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to processing systems for performing just-in-time front end template generation using a logical DOM. A computing device may receive, from a web server host platform, an HTML page with a DOM structure. The computing device may parse the DOM structure to generate a logical DOM, which may include a key value store identifying dynamic elements to be updated based on data received from a data source different from the web server host platform. The computing device may receive, from a data source computer system, source data. The computing device may modify the logical DOM, based on the source data, by replacing the dynamic elements with corresponding values from the source data. This may produce a first updated real DOM. The computing device may render a first graphical user interface based on the first updated real DOM, and may display the first graphical user interface.

  • Patent number: 11384673
Abstract: An energy recovery system and a method of recovering energy are disclosed. In one arrangement, an exhaust gas conduit system guides a flow of exhaust gas generated by a combustion process. A heat exchange fluid circuit guides a flow of a heat exchange fluid. An electrical generator generates electrical power from the flow of heat exchange fluid. The heat exchange fluid circuit is configured so that heat is transferred from the exhaust gas to the heat exchange fluid while the exhaust gas is flowing through the exhaust gas conduit system.

  • Patent number: 10445703
Abstract: The present invention provides methods and systems for preparing reminders for calendar items (i.e., tasks). More specifically, a calendar item may be created using a calendar application or the like. Once created the reminder is strategically scheduled to provide the reminder to the user associated with the calendar item early enough such that the user can be reminded in a convenient and helpful manner, and will have a chance to perform any necessary tasks prior to the calendar item.

  • Patent number: 7827240
Abstract: The present invention provides methods and systems for specializing calendar items. More specifically, a user or number of users may receive a calendar item having certain original parameters. The receiving user may wish to adjust those parameters for a subset of users that may or may not include the calendar item originator. The receiving user can then specialize certain parameters of the calendar item and transmit them to the determined subset of users without sending the same specialized calendar item to users outside of the subset that received the original calendar item.
